Allthough many could say that Adobe Photoshop is way too complex to use it to create web banners, many would rather stop working than using any other DTP software. For this tutorial I used mostly the Clone, Dodge and Burn tools to achieve the effect. I'm sure it could get much better, but what matters is the way to do it. You can notice how Burn and Dodge tools help creating a drama effect on any picture, so don't be afraid to use them. A good thing would be to duplicate your image before starting to apply all effects, just in case you mess up and need to restart all over again. Enjoy the video.

Not that Photoshop don't have a wide range of selection tools available, but there are times when they are just not enough. Many times you can use a Polygonal Lasso or Magic Wand or Quick Selection Tool, but what do you do when you need to isolate a person, a tree or something like that? How do you select the space between branches, leafs or hair? Lucky for us, there is a way to do it without too much hassle and I'm going to show you how.
</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.myphotoshoptutorial.com/photoshop_tutorials/2008/11/1/realistic-water-reflection-with-photoshop.html"><rss:title>Realistic water reflection with Photoshop</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.myphotoshoptutorial.com/photoshop_tutorials/2008/11/1/realistic-water-reflection-with-photoshop.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>Adobe Photoshop Tutorials photoshop reflection water reflection</dc:subject>
This is not something you can with Adobe Photoshop in one minute, but it's pretty fast and the result is so close to reality that you won't see anything unusual. It's all about combining the right filters in the right order and of course, it's easy to achieve this effect. On larger images looks even better, but for the sake of this tutorial I used a rather small image to fit in the pages of the website. So, let's see how Photoshop can help us...

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.myphotoshoptutorial.com/photoshop_tutorials/2008/10/19/picture-to-drawing-with-photoshop-in-less-than-a-minute.html"><rss:title>Picture to drawing with Photoshop in less than a minute</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.myphotoshoptutorial.com/photoshop_tutorials/2008/10/19/picture-to-drawing-with-photoshop-in-less-than-a-minute.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject>1 Minute Photoshop Tips drawing photoshop</dc:subject>
This is the easiest effect to achieve with Adobe Photoshop if you know what to do. You can transform any photo you wish into a drawing in just several seconds. I guarantee it will take more to read this tutorial than to do it. The end result is quite remarcable. The twist is that you can change the feeling of any photo at the same time. Oh... and it's fast... really fast. It's all about applying one brush, one layer style, one effect and one blending mode. As usual, since I am one of the laziest persons alive, I find a way to pass all the hard work to Photoshop and me just to press few buttons along the way to achieve the effect. Curious about how can you do it in Adobe Photoshop?
