		<description>It&#039;s a nice tutorial for someone wanting to have some fun with cover design.
To the others who say PS isnt a suitable tool to make covers with: yeah it&#039;s true, but sometimes you arent looking to print out what you&#039;re designing and just want to try making a cover.

I&#039;m in my photoshop processing class and one of our assignments is to create a magazine cover in PS, not meant for print. So this would help someone who wanted somewhere to start :)
